a)przycięcia zdjęcia odpowiednio b)zmiany rozmiaru zdjęcia w pixelach
zazwyczaj dopuszczalna wielkość avatara to 50x50 pix i do 15 KB rozmiaru pliku, ale może być różnie na różnych portalach czy forach. jeśli nie masz takiego programu to chętnie pomogę mail me pozdrawiam miło
